Production Time All Dog Person Knitwear pieces are handmade to order in Canada. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your item to be crafted before it is shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping within Canada We ship across Canada via Canada Post. Estimated delivery after shipping:
- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Expedited: 1–3 business days
International Shipping We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery after shipping:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
